4. User Account Responsibilities

Users are required to register using their email address. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and restrict access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and Payment

GetOutfitAI offers a subscription-based service. Users can subscribe by clicking the subscription button and providing payment information through our payment processor, Lemonsqueezy. Users can cancel their subscription at any time by going to the account settings page and selecting the cancellation option.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a refund for subscription cancellations, and the refund process takes up to 12 working days. Please contact our support team at support@getoutfitai.com if you require assistance.

7. User Content

Users may upload photos to generate outfit suggestions. We prohibit the uploading of any offensive, nude, or violent content. GetOutfitAI reserves the right to modify or remove user-uploaded content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate. User photos are solely used for providing outfit suggestions, and we do not store, share, or use these images for any other purpose.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Misusing the app or attempting to disrupt its functionality.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Uploading inappropriate or prohibited content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the GetOutfitAI website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GetOutfitAI and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of any outfit suggestions generated through the platform.

10. Termination

GetOutfitAI reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, inappropriate behavior, or non-payment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetOutfitAI will not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, incorrect outfit suggestions, service outages, or issues caused by third-party services. This limitation of liability is similar to the one outlined in services such as HeadshotPro.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users 30 days in advance via email or through the app. Continued use of our service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jakarta, Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jakarta.
